Poly Corn® Brooms

Synthetic brooms are great for a variety of uses, including kitchens and large open areas. The stiff polypropylene bristles can be used wet or dry. They are highly resistant to acids and oils and won’t get damaged from exposure to liquids. Synthetic polypropylene brooms are durable and provide good abrasion resistance and shear/break strength, resulting in longer product life. They are best for medium to heavy floor sweeping, including on carpeting and entry mats. Polypropylene bristles are more flexible than corn bristles. Polypropylene bristles can be easily washed and dry quickly to reduce mold and fungal growth and extend product life.  Bristles are heat sealed then riveted into a metal cap. A steel band retains bristle shape. Handle choices include wood and powder coated steel.
